Quality Policy
KNL services is committed to a continual quality improvement programme.

The overall objectives of the organization are to achieve and maintain standards of excellence that ensure that customers are provided with products and services levels that, as a minimum, satisfy their requirements, first-time, on-time, every-time, at good value to them and profitability to the company.

To maintain these standards of excellence, quality objectives are established, down to functional process levels, against which performance will be regularly monitored. This objective can only be achieved by creating and encouraging quality awareness in all employees and ensuring that all understand the importance of, and work in accordance with, the documented Quality Management System.

The policy is implemented through our Quality Management System which operates in accordance with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001; 2000. To maintain the high standards of excellence, all staff will be trained to perform their tasks to the best of their abilities whilst adhering to the specified procedures and instructions. Each member of staff is an integral part of the quality chain and is crucial in ensuring that we meet specified requirements.

As an element of the organization’s on going development, our goal is to enhance our reputation and to forge long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with both clients and sub contractors.

Environmental Policy
KNL services is committed not only to meet all relevant regulatory and legislative requirements but also seek to secure improvement in environmental performance.

In pursuance of this policy KNL services will endeavour to:

  • Minimise any disturbances to the local and global environment and to the quality of life of the local communities in which the company operates; and will endeavour to be a good neighbour and responsible member of the society.
  • Comply fully with all statutory environmental requirements in areas in which it operates.
  • Take positive steps to conserve resources, particularly those which are scarce or non renewable.
  • Minimize our waste and then reuse or recycle as much of it as is possible.
  • Assess, in advance where possible, the environmental effects of any significant new development and adjust the KNL Services plan accordingly.
  • Provide the information necessary to enable products to be properly used, stored and disposed of so as to avoid unacceptable effects on the environment.
  • Promote environmental awareness among our employees and encourage them to work in an environmentally responsible manner.
Health, Safety and environment
We believe that Environment Protection Standard (EPS) is an integral part of efficient and profitable business management. It is therefore our core plan to continuously improve our EPS performance and strive to be an industry leader in the health, safety and environment protection.

In fulfilling this commitment to protect both people and property, management will provide and maintain a safe and healthy work environment, in accordance with industry standards and in compliance with legislative requipments, and will strive to eliminate any foreseeable hazards which may result in personal injury/illness, accidents or property damage.

Our philosophy is that the well-being of our company and clients is department on the health and safety or our workforce. The directors and officers of this corporation promise that every precaution reasonable in all circumstances will be taken for the protection of all workers. No job is to be regarded so urgent that time cannot be taken to do it is in a safe manner. The welfare of the individual is our greatest concern.

All management activities will comply with company safety requirements as they relate to planning, operation and maintenance of facilities and equipment. All employees will perform the jobs properly in accordance with established procedures and safe work practices.

We recognize that a safe work environment can be established and sustained only through a united effort by all employees and subcontractors and that the assistance of each person is required. Your attitude and cooperation in promoting accident prevention will assist in achieving our goal; “no one gets hurt”, and make our company the best place to work, one where employees share in corporate growth and success.
